A Complementary and Integrative Therapy Practice
Breathwork is the therapeutic practice of intentional breathing. It is a holistic therapy modality used to promote a stronger mind-body connection, develop deeper self awareness and explore introspectively.
Breathwork is a way to infuse the body with oxygen and recharge our innate healing ability and improve overall lung function. Breathwork can improve CO2 tolerance by helping the body become more efficient at handling and tolerating higher levels of carbon dioxide.
Breathwork has the potential to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, promote emotional processing. increase energy, improve sleep and boost immunity.
I offer group and private breathwork sessions in Whitby, depending on needs and preference. Please reach out if you would like to schedule an individual breathwork session.
Investment of $80 (receipts are provided for insurance coverage, please check with your provider to ensure they offer coverage for registered psychotherapists)
This event will include intention setting, guided breathing, reflections and integration practices.
