Breathwork is a complementary and integrative therapy modality used to promote a stronger mind-body connection, develop deeper self awareness and explore introspectively. The practice of intentional breathing can be used to modulate CO2 levels and recharge your innate healing ability and improve overall lung function. Breathwork can improve CO2 tolerance by helping the body become more efficient at handling and tolerating higher levels of carbon dioxide. Breathwork has the potential to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, promote emotional processing. increase energy, improve sleep and boost immunity.
Conscious Connected Breathing
Conscious connected breathing, also known as circular breathing, is the practice of breathing with no pause between inhalation and exhalation. Guided conscious connected breathing shifts in our physiology and allows us to explore altered states of consciousness and tap into our deeper internal resources.
SHERPA Breath
SHERPA is the practice of using different breathing styles and techniques to guide participants through a journey of downregulating or upregulating their own nervous system. This method of breathing unlocks new layers of connection to improve emotional and physical wellbeing.
