A valid credit card is required on file prior to scheduling an appointment when booking. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Our team includes Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers. Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you are eligible for coverage under therapy services.
We do not bill insurance companies directly, once the credit card in charged, a receipt is automatically sent to the email on file for you to submit for reimbursement.
We understand that life happens and you may have to cancel an appointment. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. Specifically, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact your therapist directly.
Cancelling or "no showing" without 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee at your therapist’s full rate. This policy is in place to be fair to other clients and our therapist’s time.
