Emotion Regulation – Big feelings that are hard to navigate, like anger, sadness, shame, or anxiety, impacting relationships or your sense of self.
Trauma & Attachment Wounds – The impact of past hurts, complicated relationships, or feeling not enough in close connections.
ADHD – Feeling overwhelmed by too many thoughts. Struggling to prioritize because everything feels equally important, knowing you have a ton to do but feeling stuck and not being able to do any of it. Feeling like you can't relax or don't know how.
Perfectionism – Setting high standards for yourself, fear of failure, and feeling like nothing you do is ever good enough
PMDD – Intense mood shifts, irritability, and exhaustion around your cycle that impact daily life and relationships
Mom Burnout – Feeling touched-out, drained, or like you’ve lost yourself while caring for everyone else.
Perinatal Mental Health – Anxiety, panic, feeling numb, guilt, anger or frustration related to pregnancy, childbirth or being a mom; Intrusive thoughts that feel confusing or distressing.

In addition to traditional therapy, we offer holistic mental wellness tools and modalities including breathwork. This practice can support your emotional and physical well-being as well as promote healing.
We offer virtual therapy to individuals across Ontario as well as in-person therapy to those living in the Durham Region at our office located in Whitby.
