Welcome to Mae Therapeutics

Therapy doesn’t have to be the step we take after things get so overwhelming that we can no longer navigate on our own.  At Mae Therapeutics, we offer trauma-responsive and evidence-based psychotherapy and holistic wellness services.


 Our therapists have experience working with clients from diverse walks of life, including individuals who are neurodivergent, part of the LGBT2S+ community, and who come from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

We use a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches to ensure we meet your needs, wherever you are, in your individual mental health journey.   


We most commonly integrate: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Individual Therapy

$170

Through individual therapy, you will be able to increase your self-awareness, build your self-compassion and learn new ways of coping. Together, we will work collaboratively to determine your therapy goals and create a plan for lasting change.

Child/Teen with Parent/Caregiver

$200

While supporting you as the parent or caregiver, we will identify strengths within the family unit and ensure all members of the family are equipped with the skills and tools required to improve communication and problem-solving.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you are eligible for coverage under registered psychotherapist or social work.
